Our Honorable Charlie. who I admire for his calm ways. Charlie is a dear friend who will be missed when we chatted many hours about the world itself. My best only wishes to Charlie's Family and those connected to Charlie along with our sorrow he has left us. Charlie was a gauge of quality we could all learn from and he will be missed. / vern
