Eleanor "Ellie" Joan (Perrritt) Stewart

STEWART, Eleanor Joan “Ellie” (nee Perritt) – Surrounded by family died peacefully at PRHC on Thursday, August 3rd, 2017 in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Dennis Tobin. Cherished sister of Marlene Hanwell (Harry), Carol Hyslop (Dennis) and Bernie Perritt (Carol) and sister-in-law of Merry Ellen Bailey, Mary Ann Little (Doug) and Cindy Fawcett (Dale). Ellie is predeceased by her parents Ernest and Myrtle (nee Crowe) Perritt, sisters Gladys Summers (Ronald) and Lois Heasman (Keith) and brothers Laverne Perritt (Trula), Doug Perritt and Keith Perritt. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Ellie will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Wherever Ellie went (even in her last days) her contagious smile always lit up the room. Ellie was an active and proud member of the Ladies Auxillary (Royal Canadian Legion) for 30 years. In keeping with Ellie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Ellie’s life at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 52, 1550 Lansdowne Street West, on Wednesday, August 16th, 2017 from 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.
