John-you and I have lost a most treasured friend. I still remember 30 years ago when Pam sent you and Chris to our house to "approve" of us and our 3 crazy kids. John-I am so glad you thought we were OKAY. Our families have been through a lot in 30 years. From all the dances, figure skating events and coaching slowpitch and all the other things we have challenged along the way. Pam had always been there for me-our daily talks and together there wasn't anything we couldn't solve. We will miss her for sure but please take comfort in the fact that God needed her ultimate wisdom and smiling face to help him. All of us will miss her that's for sure. She was always the positive light in my life. Until our paths cross again John we wish you and Christine's family nothing but the best in the days ahead.

I was so shocked, saddened and sorry to hear this news. As a young man Pam welcomed me into your home so many times and always put up with my adolescent humour and various teenaged foibles. She was one of those "guiding lights" along the way that helped me to sail straight and for this and so many other things and other moments, I am truly thankful. My most sincere and heartfelt best wishes and prayers in the time to come.
