GILDON, Mrs. Patricia Kathleen “Trish” (nee Powell) (Retired Insurance Agent State Farm)

Peacefully with her family by her side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in her 70th year.  Beloved wife of Mike for 49 years.  Loving mother of Tami Gildon and her husband Rob Rutherford and Dana Gildon- Cormier and her husband Dan.  Cherished nana of Paige and Kaleb.  Sister of Wayne Powell, Lynne Westlake, Victor Powell, Arlene Lucas and the late David Powell  Trish will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 p.m.   A celebration of Life will be held in the Highland Park Funeral Centre on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. The family would like everyone attending the funeral to please wear purple in honor of their involvement of the “Purple Sisters”. Interment to follow Highland Park Cemetery.   In memory of Trish, the family would like you to take in a show at the Lakeview Arts Barn Globus Theatre.
