JOHNSON, Peggy Jean (nee Sherratt) 1943-2016 Peggy passed away on May 26,2017 after many years of failing health.
She worked for many years as a Human Rights Advocate and her generosity was known by many. Survived by her husband of 40 yrs. Joseph E. Johnson of Peterborough, her daughters Michelle Sherratt and Darlene West, Grandchildren; Lindsay Rose Morrison, Cory St.James, Joey St.James, Connor McLennan, Great grandchildren; Joey Morrison,Tristen St.James,Brooklyn St.James and brother Norman Sherratt (Margot McKinnon). Predeceased by her mother Isabelle Charlotte (aka Jean) Fraser and step-father Fred Parrish and beloved granddaughter Toni Dawn French (aka little Sunday). A celebration of life will be held at The Highland Park Cemetery,2510 Bensfort Rd. Peterborough, Ont. on Thur.,Jun 29th at 2:00 for family and friends to gather and remember Peggy.
