At Kingston General Hospital surrounded by his family on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 in his 56th year. Loving son of Margaret and the late Ross. Cherished by his sister Kathy Toskan (Walter) and nephews Brett (Natalie), Corey and Tyler. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough. Reception to follow. In memory of Richard and in lieu of flowers, donation to Canada Dog Guides or any animal shelter of your choosing would be appreciated by the family.
