Richard aka Dick Barry Davison

DAVISON, Richard Barry (aka Dick):  Peacefully on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in his 82nd year.  Loving and devoted husband of 58 years to Melba (nee Allen) and father of Brian (Trish Vickers), and Sandra Roney (Michael), and Grandpa/Papa of Luke, Sarah, Alex, and Amy.  Caring brother of late Faye Bell (Stan), Ruth Clough (late Bill), Margaret Crossett (Paul), and Nick Davison; and brother-in-law of Albert Allen (late Betty), and Beverly Breedon (Jim). Son of the late Richard Davison and Hazel (nee McMillan).   In keeping with Richard’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  In lieu of a formal service, Melba, Brian and Sandy will be hosting friends and family for a Celebration of Richard’s life in late Spring 2018.  More information will follow via phone and email, and everyone is encouraged to join us to share your experiences.  Richard/Dick/Barry/Dad/Grandpa/Papa positively impacted many lives publicly and privately, and the celebration will give us all a chance to share these stories, and continue our connections with each other, which would make him immensely happy.  In memory of Richard, donations to either the East Peterborough Lions Club or the Red Cross would be greatly appreciated.
