Pls accept my condolences on the passing of Linda.I always admired her kindness and strength. She was a very special person who will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. I apologize for missing the service but I was out of town on business.

Almost 30 years ago, Linda taught our youngest daughter Kindergarten. On our fridge today is the poem with handprint of our daughter which Linda prepared. The class gave each mother one to mark Mothers' Day. (It sat for many years in a box marked 'treasures' but re-appeared a year or two ago as is indeed a 'treasure'.)
As I sadly read the obituary, I acknowledged the time and hours of effort Linda put into preparations for the class of 29 children - probably each evening. She was loved by the children for being kind and gentle. She was much appreciated and respected by the parents for being well organized and a truly terrific teacher.
I am very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful person.

Dear Sandy and Boys, I am so very sad to hear of Linda's passing. She was so brave to fight for so long. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I will remember her as an amazing wife, mother, friend and teacher, who always gave so much of herself. The world will not be the same without her. I feel terrible that I won't be there on Friday to celebrate the life of this incredible soul, as I am out of town until Sunday. Please know that I am thinking about all of you and wish that I could be there.

I am saddened to hear of Linda's passing. I have such fond memories of her from when we were younger - driving Elaine and friends to and from field hockey, to drive-in movies, and around town. She always had a smile on her face,would give us sage advice, and was a great big sister to us all. She was a special person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Rhonda & family

We were so saddened to hear of Linda's passing. She was the bravest woman I know, facing each and every challenge head on with the love and support of her entire family! Being surrounded by you all on Monday gave her the courage to move forward to the next stage of her being! Please accept our deepest condolences, unfortunately we will not be able to attend her service as we are in the Sault doing the same for my Mom.
