Sharon Elizabeth (Acreman) Burgomaster

BURGOMASTER: Sharon Elizabeth (Long time Educator and Retired School Principal with the Trillium Lakelands District School Board, Member of the Millbrook Community Choir): At Peterborough Regional Health Centre after a lengthy illness surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in her 73rd year. Sharon, beloved wife of 50 years to Don. Loving and devoted mother of Steven and his wife Helen, and Heather Burgomaster. Cherished Grandmother of Wyatt, Trent, and Tyler. Daughter of the late Dennis and Olive Acreman. Dear sister of Leslie Alton, Marsha Kilfoil, and Michele Acreman and sister-in-law of Reg Burgomaster (Vicki, predeceased), Glen Burgomaster (Jennifer), Bill Burgomaster predeceased (Mary Helen), and Doug Burgomaster predeceased (Doris). Lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, loyal friend to many, and dedicated member of the Dollettes. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Road on Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 7:00  to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the Highland Chapel on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Reception to follow. Interment Emily Cemetery. In memory of Sharon, donations to St. James Anglican Church, Emily, or Five Counties Children’s Centre would be appreciated by the family.
