Velma Charlotte (Adamson) Doris

DORIS, Velma Charlotte – Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, January 1st, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Paul Doris. Loving mother of Sarah and Tim (Stephanie). Proud grandmother of Ella, Emerson and Finley. Velma will be fondly remembered by her siblings Marnie Bethune (Wayne), John Adamson (the late Joan), Cathy Bullock, Jerry Adamson and Patrick Adamson (Marlene). Missed by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of the PRHC Palliative Care unit for their love and support. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 11th, 2018 at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough, at 10:00 A.M., Reception to follow. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery.
