Albertha "Bert" Katherine (Chapman) Shaughnessy

SHAUGHNESSY: Albertha Katherine: Peacefully at Sherbrooke Heights Seniors Residence on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Bert, beloved wife of the late James Vernon Shaughnessy (d. 1991). Loving and devoted mother of Maureen Davenport (Arthur), Jane Hennessey (Bob), Ellen Clark (Doug, predeceased), Lisa Corkery (Mark), and David (Shelley). Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer Davenport (Vaughn), Nora Hickling (Lyle); John, Paul, and Sara Hennessey; Anne, Emily, Brian, and Erin Corkery; and Abigail, James, and Samantha Shaughnessy, and Great Grandmother of James Davenport, and Madelaine and Olivia Hickling. Dear sister of Rita Plomp (Ralph), and Keith Chapman (Jean), and sister-in-law of Justin, Reg, Tom, and Terry Shaughnessy. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Thomas Albert Chapman and Mabel McKercher. Relatives and friends are invited to a Service of Remembrance in the Chapel of the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Father Andrew Begin officiating.
