Suddenly at her residence on September 13, 2018 in her 63rd year.  Beloved mother of Laura O’Connell and her husband Shaun Scott and Wes O’Connell.  Cherished grandmother of Reese Scott and Evan Scott.  Loving daughter of Muriel (nee Nixon) and the late Robert Balliston.  Dear sister of Ray Balliston and his wife Collett, David Balliston, the late Kathy Quinn and her husband the late Garry and Judy Balliston. Barbara will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.  In accordance with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family graveside service held a later date.
