Beverly Anne (Wynn) Butler

Butler, Beverly (Bev) Anne (nee Wynn) – Peacefully at PRHC on April 20, 2019 with her family at her side at the age of 82.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Roy (2011). Loving and devoted mother of Susan Butler (Kevin), Greg (Karen), Shelley Butler, Dianne Bencze (Frank), Michael (Darlene) and Patrick (Anne). Cherished grandmother of Kelly Bartleman (David), Stacey Reid (Ryan), Ashley, Katie Patterson (Wes), Robbie (Jocelyn), Jenny, Charlotte, Melissa (Trevor) and Cassandra (Noah). Proud great-grandmother of Brynne, Emrey, Briar, Sloan and Maddox. Survived by her dear sisters Helen (Joe) St. Thomas and Dianne Southwell and her sister-in-law Carol Wynn. Predeceased by parents Gertrude and Thomas Wynn, brother Patrick, sister-in-law Gail Bignell and brother-in-law Bob Southwell and Terry Bignell. Bev will be missed by daughter-in-law Cathy Dean, many nieces, nephews and friends.  The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and doctors of Palliative Care at the PRHC. A special thank you to Dr. Beamish (Superhero’s don’t always wear capes) for his compassion and kindness. A private Graveside Service for the immediate family will be held on Saturday April 27th at HIGHLAND PARK CEMETERY (2510 Bensfort Rd.).  A reception will be held for friends at the family home starting at 1:00pm. In memory of Bev, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PRHC Foundation (Palliative Care) or Hospice, Peterborough through Highland Park at 705-745-6984.
