CAVANAGH, Brian (Long time Member and Proud Supporter of the John Howard Society Ontario Board, and Casa De Angelae Peterborough) Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 in his 79th year. Brian, beloved husband and best friend of 48 years to Eleanor (nee Pomeroy). Loving and devoted father of Chris and his wife Crystal, and Mike and his wife Katie. Cherished Papa of Hailey, Brody, and Colby. Dear brother of Patricia Simpson, Noreen Lister and her husband Garry, Brenda Nicholson and her husband Scott, and the late Marlene Dack. Brother-in-law of Elaine Sturgeon (Terry, predeceased), Carole McLeod and her husband Ted Hampton, and Larry Dack. Remembered lovingly by his many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Thomas Cavanagh and Mary Kearney. Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life Reception in the Highland Park Reception Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm with Eulogies and Words of Remembrance at 2:30 pm.
