On July 6, 2018 Chantelle Petersen-Green passed peacefully in the arms of her husband Phil Petersen-Green, in her home full of loving family and friends.

She will be forever remembered by her Mom Rosetta Parsons, Dad Steven Petersen, Sister Bethany (Justin) Hunt, Mother & Father in law Kathy & Ron Green, Sister in law Andrea (Mike) Yurick, Nieces Abygael & Maevi Hunt and Tavin Yurick, Nephew Kian Yurick, God-daughter Rowan, her brother Locklin, their parents Amy and Jon Weight and countless friends.

"Some people live more in 20 years then others do in 80. It's not the time that matters, it's the person."

In Lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to the ALS society.
