RAFFAN, Charles Philip “Charlie”: (Owner of Peterborough Mobile Wash) Unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in his 56th year.

Charlie, beloved husband and best friend of Alexis (nee Marler). Loving and devoted father of Leeya Wootten (Jason), and Alicia Kunzel (Andersen). Cherished Grandpa to Liam. Loving son of Ernie and Marilyn Raffan and adored son-in-law to Bob and Kay Marler. Dear brother of Brenda Riel (Perry), Sharon Raffan (Roy), Fraser Raffan, and brother-in-law to Mark and Kathy Marler. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins and admired by his many friends and well respected within the community. All are welcome to join us at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, on Thursday, July 6th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, July 7th from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in the Highland Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. In memory of Charlie, donations to CMHA and Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
