MOREY, Daisey “Joan” (nee Mason) – Passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, October 6th, 2017, in her 90th year. Joan is lovingly remembered by her sons: Jim Morey (Lynda) and David Morey (Kathy); Daughter-in-law: Geri Morey; grandchildren: Janet Copperwheat (Brian), Heather, Jeff Vass, Jennifer, Amanda Hemeryck (Paul) and Brad; great-grandchildren: Katelyn, Angel, Ethan and Charlotte; and nephew: Fraser Raven. Predeceased by her parents: Charles and Georgina Mason; son: Jeff Morey; granddaughter: Nicole; and sister: Betty Raven. Joan will be sadly missed by all who knew her. In keeping with Joan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a private family inurnment at Highland Park Cemetery at a later date.
