We are so sad to learn of Fred's passing. He visited us in Lindsay not so long ago. Greg really hoped to attend the service but with our large family coming for the day ,he was unable to get away. There are a lots of fond memories working with Fred over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. God bless Fred, rest in peace.

Fred, we were all saddened to hear of your passing. We have shared so many great memories together over the years, not only as a business partner but as a dear friend. Our times in Vegas together with Annie & Bev will always be remembered. We often speak of you & Annie here at The Trophy Shop. May you rest in peace my dear friend and have a beer with Annie for me.xo

Fred Smith. A neighbour, a friend, coach, a scout, but most of all a great family man! . I was very saddened by the news of Fred's passing as was the rest of my family. I have very fond memories of being a "rinky dink" as a little kid, always at Dixie Arena and getting into stuff. Always remember Mr. Smith would grab me somewhere in the rink when I running like a banchee he would lassoo me and put me in a headlock. I'd laugh so much , he would let me go and and laugh too while shaking his head. Great memories. To Linda and Tom , the Ralph family passes on our deepest condolences to the entire Smith family. God Bless.

Our condolences to the family, especially Lynda who was fortunate to be able to help her Dad in his later years. We are forever grateful that we had the pleasure of being a part of the lives of Lynda, Jessica and Heather.

Thank you both for coming to the visitation on Saturday with Tammy. It meant a lot to the three of us to see you there. You both haven't changed a bit!

Fred
You leave behind a great friendship. All your hard work for the Soo Greyhounds made us all proud and times we shall never forget, Age is also catching up on me and in my 86 year I am also having some major problems that make it impossible to attend the service. It may please you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with all the family
With sincerest regrets
Angelo

Thanks so much Angelo. He was an awesome role model. He loved his years working with you and Jim and all others in the Soo.
The best thing is he is at peace and he and Annie are having a beer together again !!
