Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, December 1, 2017 in her 89th year. Loving mother of Frank (Marlene), Randal (Cathy), Teresa Tapscott , Linda Freeburn (Bill Davis) and the late Deborah Sullivan. Sadly missed by her grandkids and great grandkids. A private family interment has taken place at Little Lake Cemetery. In memory of Irene, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
