KENNEY, John Francis

Suddenly at his home on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the age of 63. John was an avid outdoorsman who spent his winters cross-country skiing and ice fishing, and his summers camping, canoeing, or on his bike, windsurfer, and SUP. He loved nothing more than exploring this beautiful country with his siblings, children, and grandchildren. 

Beloved father of Tara Kenney and her husband Darrell Black, Meghan Kenney-Elliott and her husband Aaron, and Simone Kenney and her partner Brent Hammond.  Adored Poppa of Maeve, Laird, Jack, Heath and Nora.  Dear brother of Kathleen Woodcroft and her husband Bud, Anne Bolduc and her husband Barry, the late Bill Kenney and his wife Karen, and Pat Kenney and his partner Carrie Wakeford.  Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to drop in and join us for a pint in John’s memory at The Publican House, 300 Charlotte Street, Peterborough on Sunday, December 2nd from 1:30-4:30pm.
