LaPointe, Joseph "Al" Alphonse
After a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's and Dementia, Al passed away peacefully with his loving wife Debi and his son Bryan by his side. In his last days, Al was surrounded by his family and friends from New Brunswick, Toronto and Peterborough. Al is survived by his wife Debi, daughter Michele, son Bryan (Liezel). Step-sons Richard and Andrew Wallachy and Grandchildren Cole, Parker and Mila. Predeceased by his first wife Christine (1996). A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday May 10, 2018 at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough. Reception to follow. Donations in memory of Al may be made to the Alzheimers Society, St. Joseph's at Fleming or the Parkinson's Society.
