Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, August 15th, 2019, three days before his 97th birthday. Beloved husband of the late Bernice Kidd (nee McMullen). Loving father of Gary (Nancy) and Beth Kidd. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Trudy) and Meghan. Proud great grandfather of Zoey and Evan. Predeceased by brother Ray Kidd (Inger) and brother-in-law Fred McMullen (Shirley). Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday August 23rd, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd. Peterborough.  A Funeral Service will follow in the Highland Park Chapel at 11:00 A.M.. Rev. Tom Cunningham officiating. Reception followed by private family interment at Little Lake Cemetery.
