Linda Mae (Thompson) Peters

PETERS, Linda Mae (nee Thompson) – Passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, May 12th, 2017 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerald “Sam” Peters. Loving mother of Richard Peters (Bernadette), Janice Mauro (Ralph), Steve Peters and Deborah Crawford and mother-in-law of Scott Crawford (Peggy). Adored by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of Bob Thompson (Vina). Fondly remembered by best friend and “partner in crime” Polly Graham. Linda will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Linda was a long time employee of Peterborough Civic Hospital before retiring in 1997. Family and friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, on Monday, May 15th, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held in the Highland Park Chapel on Tuesday, May 16th at 1:00 PM. Rev. Donovan Brown officiating. Interment at Little Lake Cemetery to follow.
