Marjorie "Marney" Mary (Adamson) Bethune

Bethune, Marjorie “Marney” Mary (formerly Lawson, nee Adamson): Peacefully at Pleasant Meadow Manor, Norwood, on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in her 87th year. Marney, beloved wife of Wayne Bethune. Loving and devoted mother of Janet Thompson (Roger), Mike Lawson (Gail), Kim Drummond (Bob), Karl Lawson, and John Lawson (Rachel Whetung). Cherished Grandmother of Scott, Chad, Lee Jay, April, Laura, Brittany, Goldie, Lawson, and Great Grandmother of Thomas, Kaeleigh, James, Declan, and Sylvia. Dear sister of John Adamson, Cathy Adamson, Gerry Adamson, Pat Adamson, and the late Thelma Doris. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Percy Adamson and Margaret Denny. Marney was a long time Member of the Southend AA Group.  Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service in the Chapel of HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
