It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michelle Leblanc (nee Eason) on Monday, September 17th, 2018 in Peterborough, Ontario, at the age of 56. Michelle is now at peace after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Beloved wife of Jim for 11 years. Loving mother of Jeffrey Cassidy (Jenny), Bradley Cassidy (Robyn), Tonille Leblanc, and Cody Leblanc. Proud and adoring grandmother (nana) of Kyla, Paige and Leo. Daughter of Audrey Eason and the late Noel Eason. Dearest sister to Noelene (Jim), Steven, and the late Carolee. Michelle faced her terminal illness with strength and grace, while always keeping her wonderful sense of humour. Friends and family will be forever touched by Michelle’s love, wisdom, care and thoughtfulness.

Visitation will be held at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, located at 2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough on Monday September 24th, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. A celebration of life service will be held following visitation in the Highland Park Chapel at 1:00 P.M. with a reception to follow.
