THOMPSON, Mr. Phillip Roy “Skeeter” ( Retired General Electric, Canadian Navy, Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #52)

Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre  Saturday October 7, 2017 in his 82nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Peggy (nee Fuller) (2005).  Loving father of Leah Phimister (David), and Evan Thompson (Shirley).  Cherished grandfather of Connor, Brock, and Garrick.  Dear brother of Kenneth Thompson, Robert Masters, Glen Masters,  Beverly Bikow and Julie Flynn.  Predeceased by his parents Lillian Masters and Roy Thompson and his sister Nancy Mander.  In accordance with Philip’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be a private graveside service held a later date.  In memory of Philip, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
