BEST, Phyllis Sharon (formerly Simmons, nee Bullock) – Passed peacefully after a long and courageous battle at the Ross Memorial Hospital on June 24th, 2017 in her 72nd year. Beloved wife of Walter “Wally” Best. Loving mother of Daniel Simmons and Robin Simmons (Elaine). Adored grandmother of Kadie, Jake and Ryan. Cherished sister of Dave Bullock (Cheryl), Lois Wilde and Doris Robinson (Alan) and sister-in-law of Dick Simmons (Barb). Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Bob Simmons and parents Ralph and Margery Bullock. Phyllis will be fondly remembered by her family, friends and all who knew her.
