Sandra Gayle (Johnston) McCabe

McCABE, Sandra Gayle (nee Johnston) Sunrise August 24, 1944 – Sunset October 3, 2019: Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre surrounded by her loving family in the early hours of October 3rd at the age of 75 years.

Sandra, loving and devoted mother of Sean and his wife Cheryl, Steve and his wife Lisa, and Erin. Cherished Nanny of Madison, Jake; Courtney (Kirk), Carly (Zack), Riley; Dallas, Shailey, and Great Nanny of soon to be born baby B. Dear sister of Marlene Nelson and her husband Sonny, and Grant Johnston and his wife Pauline. Remembered lovingly by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Daughter of the late Kenneth Johnston and Hazel Johnston (nee Robinson). Sandra`s family would like to thank Dr. Grieves, Nurse Sandra of PRHC, and the caring staff of Fairhaven Westview for the compassionate attention shown to Sandra during her time with them. In keeping with Sandra`s wishes, a Private Family Gathering will be held and she will be interred alongside her mother Hazel in Maynard Cemetery.
