Passed away peacefully after a long battle on March 7, 2025, in her 92nd year.  Loving wife of the late Douglas Charles Wraight (August 2002). Mother of Paul (Irene), Blair (Kelly), Colin (Vicki) and Alison (Greg). G’ma has passed on her wit and charm to grandchildren Shayna, Alyssa, Vanessa, Haven, Cassandra, Claudia, and the late Brianne, as well as her 3 great grandchildren.  Barb was predeceased by her siblings Roy, Donald, Mary, and Josephine (Ron).  She will be missed by her sisters Cathy Steele and Lynda (Wayne) Wilson, along with her many nieces and nephews. 
Barb played a huge role as a member of the ACW of All Saints Anglican Church in Peterborough, directing and assisting many projects designed to raise funds for the church and its surrounding community. 
The family would like to thank the staff of the Palliative Unit at PRHC for their care and support during this difficult time.  There will be a Celebration of Barb’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM.   Any donations in Barb’s name to the Palliative Care Unit of the PRHC would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
