Betty June Aleitha (Reid) Heigh

HEIGH, Betty June Aleitha (nee Reid) – Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at Victoria Manor, Lindsay, in her 86th year.  Beloved wife of the late Everett Thompson Heigh (2022).  Cherished mother of Tom (Laurie), the late Cathy Preston (Rick) and Kim Mark (Bruce).  She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Stephanie Romph (Randall), Tommy (Amelia), Drew (Rachel), Jason Mark (Amber) and Ben Mark (Jill) and by her great grandchildren Lane, Miles, Hayes and Scotlyn.  Survived by her brother Donald Reid.  She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by her parents Basil and Clara.  In keeping with Betty’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
