Catherine Louise June (Heigh) Preston

PRESTON, Catherine Louise June (nee Heigh) – Long time employee of Quaker Oats – Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 at the age of 63.  Beloved wife of Rick of 39 years and “Mom” to her Charlie.  Daughter of Betty Heigh and the late Everett Heigh.  Survived by her siblings Tom Heigh (Laurie) and Kim Mark (Bruce).  Catherine will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews Rhonda, Jordan (Megan), Rachel (Andres), Kodie, Ryan (Hillary), Stephanie (Edward), Stephanie Romph (Randall), Tommy (Amelia), Drew (Rachel), Jason and Ben (Jill).  Also missed by her great nieces and nephews Mossi, Arabella, Violet, Preston, Hudson, Lane, Miles and Hayes.  Remembered by her in-laws Shelley (David), Steve (Monique) and John and her mother-in-law Sally (the late Jack) and father-in-law Arnold (Jane). 

A Memorial Reception will be held on Monday, May 29th, 2023 from 1 – 3 PM at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough.  Graveside service will be held at 3PM at Highland Park Cemetery.  Donations made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.  Online condolences may be made by visiting www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com.
