DUMOULIN, Cecilia Mildred (nee Kelly, Long Time Educator): Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at PRHC on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Predeceased by her loving husband Gaston, parents Michael and Alice Kelly, brothers and sisters. Loving mother of Mark (Marion), Stephen, and Suzette, loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, whom she adored. Remembered by many nieces and nephews, as well as students she taught over the years. A Private Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
