Charles Ernest Tower

Charles (Charlie) Ernest Tower 1950 - 2022

Passed away peacefully on June 7, 2022 in his 71st year at Peterborough Regional Health Centre.

 

Charlie will be sadly missed and loved forever by his wife and best friend Sandy. Also by their children Joe Nichols (Chrissie) and Susan Thompson (Jim) and grandchildren Ethan, Lucas, Megan, Tyler, Shaylee and Kyla.

 

He will be dearly missed by his sisters (Charlie's Angels) Donna Crowell (Richard), Georgina LeBlanc, his twin Catherine Armstrong (Bill predeceased), Marion Boulton (Rick), Winnifred Beaumont (Don predeceased) and his brother David (Tracy). He is also survived by so very many nieces and nephews. 

 

He is predeceased by his parents Roy Tower and Annie Tower (Roberts) and by siblings Leroy, Doreen Goodine and Ruth Wright.

 

Charlie loved his yearly hunting outing! He and Sandy enjoyed riding on their ATV's. Charlie always had to have his big White Hemi Truck in the driveway!

He is a Veteran having served in Canada and Egypt with the Canadian Armed Forces.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 30th at Keystone Links Golf & Country Club, Clifford Line, Cavan Monaghan from 1PM - 4PM   Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Highland Park Funeral Centre in Peterborough.

 

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Liver Foundation of Canada.
