Colin McCubbin

Surrounded by love, Colin passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the age of 73. Predeceased by his wife Lavina (2001) with whom he is now reunited. Colin will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife Louise; loving daughter’s: Julie (Adam), Nicola Lang (Marty), and Britney Krzeminski (Peter); devoted grandchildren: Kyle, Joel and Jayden; cherished brother’s: Michael (Carol), John (Pat) and the late Roger (Sue); and adoring nieces, nephews and great grandchildren; as well as many dear friends, and all who knew him. Colin’s family wish to extend gratitude to Dr. Brown of the ICU at PRHC for treating him with so much dignity and respect in his final days. In keeping with Colin’s wishes, cremation has taken place. All are invited to attend a celebration of Colin's life at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough, on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. followed by interment at Highland Park Cemetery and a light luncheon. Due to limited space, those wishing to attend the celebration of life must pre-register below. To allow for full capacity in the funeral home, proof of double vaccination and a piece of photo identification is required if you are attending. Masks or face coverings are mandatory. If desired, donations to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) would be greatly appreciated by the family
