David John Harrison

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dave on December 26th, 2025, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Dave will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Jo-Ann. He was a devoted father to Angie and Jon (Stephanie) and dear Papa to Brett and Rachel. He was a doting Doggy Dad to Willow.

Dave is survived by his siblings, Linda (Bill), Cindy (Steve), and Bob (Lori). He is predeceased by his brother, Fred (Shirley) and sister, Patsy (Gary) and parents, Grace and John.

Dave was born and raised in Prince Edward County. He loved his days on the farm on a John Deere tractor and time spent with his siblings on Lake Ontario.

Dave was a dedicated Police Officer with the Campbellford OPP and ended his career as a Security Officer with Ontario Power Generation. Dave and Jo-Ann raised their family on County Road 50 and were blessed to have many wonderful memories on the Trent River with supportive and loving neighbours and friends.

Dave will be forever remembered for his fun loving, teasing nature; his immaculate lawns; and most of all - his generosity. Dave was always ready to lend a helping hand to his friends and neighbours.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
