Loving and devoted father of Bill and his wife Diane, and Max and his wife Sandra. Cherished Grandfather of Bailey (Joe), Madeline, and Rachel. Survived by his brother Bob Carter and his wife Isabel. Remembered lovingly by his nieces and nephews; Steve, Helen, Skyler, Allie, Pat, Lisa, Julia, Cindy, John, Katlyn, Michele, Bill, Gavin, and predeceased by Margaret and Colin. Son of the late Maxwell Carter and Elizabeth Masterton. In keeping with Don’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place in Little Lake Cemetery.
