DUNCAN, Donald McGregor

With his family by his side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the age of 77.  Beloved husband of Mary (nee Butler) for 54 years.  Loving father of Donna Shaw and her husband Duncan, and Vince Duncan and his wife Holly Payton Duncan.  Cherished grandfather of Colleen Shaw, Madeleine Duncan and Alex Duncan.  Predeceased by his sister Ruth Booth.  Donald retired from General Electric after 38 years.  He enjoyed volunteering his time at Hope Mill, the Peterborough Canoe Museum and Lang Pioneer Village.  There will be a Celebration of Don’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd. Peterborough, on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 PM.  In memory of Don, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
