Donald William Covert

Don Covert, age 67, passed away on January 14^th, 2023 at Hospice after a very short battle with cancer.

Beloved husband for 44 years of Sue, treasured dad of Erin (Blake) Bradley, Amy (Chris) Salmans and Joel (Emily) Covert. Will be sadly missed by his 10 grandchildren Eli, Layla, Greta and Isaac Bradley, Levi, Emma and Heidi Salmans, and Judah, Grace and Ellie Covert. Also grieving are siblings David (Betty) Covert and Lori (Jamie) Heffer and their families.

Predeceased by his parents Galen and Phyllis, and brother Daryl.

Will be missed by many dear friends.

Compelled by his faith in the steadfast love of the Lord, Don's life was characterized by his service to others, with a tender heart towards those who were often overlooked.

Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18^th, 2023 at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd.  A celebration of Don's life will take place on Thursday, January 19th at 1:00 p.m. at Living Hope Church, 1 Consumers Place.
