Surrounded by his family at Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in his 83rd year. Missed by his wife and best friend Ayn (nee Slatford, formerly Barbaro) Loving father of Dave and his wife Janis, Don and his wife Sue, Doug and his wife Brenda, and Dan and his wife Lori. Bob will be sadly missed by Ayns’ children Christine McNicol, and her husband Jamie and Neil Barbaro and his wife Rachel. Cherished grandfather of Jordan, Adam, Amy, Matthew, John, Nicki, Oscar, Dashel, Scarlett and Atticus. Dear brother of Betty Lou Gilbank and her husband Keith. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Margaret, Helen, Wilda, Lloyd, Muriel, Doreen, Ray, Marie and Earl. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. There will be a Celebration of Bob’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough, on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00pm.
