In Loving Memory of Donny John Thomas 

With saddened hearts we said goodbye to you.  As you left this world you were surrounded by your darling daughters and loving wife.

You were a man who was loved and adored by many. You warmed many hearts and soothed many a soul with the music that you lived to share. 

A Husband to Annie, Father to Allison (Dave), Korry (Drake) and Amanda. Grampy to Haylie, Brennan, Gavin. Liam, Lyla, Seth, Mark, Adam and Jake, Great Grampy to Kalley.  He was loved by many other family members and friends including his best friend, Rick Gillespie.

You loved to laugh ... and laugh and laugh ... and share in laughter with any who would. You always said "if you keep your sense of humour, you can get through anything". 

You were a one-of-a-kind human, A legend. A mountain of a spirit.

You have always been there, putting your family first ... always, always there. Whatever and whenever we needed you. Your love for your girls, your wife, your grand babies and your sons-in-law is deeply etched in our hearts ... forever and always. 

We honour you, Dad ... and this tremendous life you have lived. You forged a new path and showed us a new way ... as far as you could possibly lead us. 

We will honour and love you forever.

And now we continue along the path......sharing the music, the laughter and your fierce love...forever and always.

A Celebration of Life will be announced in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, we know Donny would want us to pay it forward as he always did if he could. Extend your kindness to strangers or those who are close. A coffee, a tank of gas, a lunch out, a round of golf, a neighbourly gesture, etc. 

Please honour Don by paying your kindness forward in whatever way your heart calls you to today ♥️
