Dorothy Anna (Thomas) Woods

WOODS, Dorothy Anna: Dorothy died peacefully at Centennial Place, Millbrook, Ontario on Thursday October 17, 2019 at the age of 94.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her children Diane (Steve) Earle, Cathy (Eric) Boyd, Daryl (Marianne) and Terry (Lynn); her grandchildren Michelle (Derek) Wagland, Chris (Kendra) Earle, Jeff (Michelle) Boyd, Allison (Joe) Roberts, and Galen and Chloe Woods; and her great grandchildren Madison and Ethan Earle, Jacob and Lucas Wagland, Ella Boyd and Evelyn Roberts.
Predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years Terence (Terry) 2010, and her dear daughter Linda (1988), her parents Johanna and William Thomas and siblings Marguerite, Harrietta, Zita, Charles, Marie , Norman, Teresa,  Jean and William.
Dorothy is also survived by her dear sister-in-law Doris Timmins and brother-in-law Jim Haar.
Dorothy and Terry built their home on Crowley Crescent in Peterborough as part of the Valleyview Co-Op where they shared many happy memories with their family and lifelong neighbours.
Mass of Christian burial for Dorothy will be held at the Cathedral of St Peter in Chains on Wednesday, October 23 at 10 AM.
Interment will follow at St Peter’s Cemetery followed by a reception at Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough.
