Elizabeth "Betty" Alice (Terry) Doran

Doran, Elizabeth Alice (Terry) 1926-2021 .

Fondly remembered by her family and friends as "Betty", passed away peacefully at the Lakefield Extendicare Facility on July 3, 2021 in her 96th year. Pre-deceased and now re-united with her husband and the "love of her life" Desmond Doran. Loving mother to Jim (Dianne), Alan (Monika).  Cherished Grandmother to Heidi (Craig), Jamie (Joem), Christy (Brendan), Mark (Lori) Jason, Shannon (Chris) and Shawn. Loving Great Grandmother to Mack, Luke, Logan,Finley, Griffin, Grace and Gabriel. Betty was fondly known for her passion of sewing and baking and making sure all those that visited never left hungry. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at the Rosemount Memorial Gardens where both "Elizabeth and Desmond" will be put to rest together and once again united in the Heaven's above. In memory of Betty, donations can be made to the United Church in Bridgenorth ON where Betty volunteered many times and was a member of and gave her time to help Community Care in Bridgenorth and Ennismore would be greatly appreciated. A special "Thank you to the Staff, Nurses, Psw's of Lakefield Extendicare who took care and supported her in her stay there. We are extremely grateful.
