Suddenly at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 19th, 2014 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of late Harold (2007), daughter of the late Walter and Alma Belleghem. Loving Mother of Cynthia, David and Timothy. Cherished Grandmother of Rebecca Horton, Jordana Moore (nee Matthews) and Jamie Matthews. Dear sister of Berta Hamilton (nee Belleghem) and the late Jack Belleghem, sister-in-law of the late Bill Hamilton and Betty-Jane Belleghem. Sadly missed by her niece and nephews. Special acknowledgement for the kind compassion of niece Laurie Belleghem. Frances married her World War 2 childhood sweetheart, after he spent one year in Veteran's Hospital. She loved to travel the Trent Severn waterways in Memory I, II, III, IIII, and V. Fran enjoyed playing bridge throughout her whole life with life-long friends. A long member of Bethany Ski Club, she also liked playing badminton in the old Market Hall. With always a kind word, and a sincere interest, Frances will be forever in our hearts and truly missed. There will be a celebration of Frances' life to be held at a later advised date at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough.
