In Loving Memory of Gillian Rose

Gillian Rose passed away peacefully at the age of seventy-nine on July 21, 2025, at Riverview Manor in Peterborough, Ontario. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack Rose, her son, Craig Rose, and her sister, Chris Long. Gillian will be greatly missed by her son, David (Michelle), her daughter, Chris (Jason), and her cherished grandchildren, Sarah, Drake, AJ, and Cohen.

Gillian had a passion for reading mystery novels, watching Dr. Who, and traveling to sunny destinations with Jack, the love of her life and husband of forty years.

A private family interment will take place on July 28. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that you honor Gillian's memory by spending cherished moments with elderly loved ones, listening to their stories, and sharing your own. Dementia is a cruel disease, but "the heart remembers what the mind forgets."
