It is with heavy hearts and much love that we mourn the peaceful passing of our beloved Glenn Stokoe at Hospice Peterborough, following a courageous and painful battle with cancer. Glenn was born in Peterborough. He was the beloved son of the late Dale Stokoe (March 2004) and Cheryl Stokoe. Loving brother of Grant Stokoe. Cherished and beloved father to Rowgan and step father to Trent and Kauner. He will be missed by his step sisters Darla Willbond, Diane Cruikshank, the late Donna Faddies (January 1998) and half brother the late Douglas Stokoe (January 2010). Missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt Carmen, uncle Wayne his go to Rowgan’s great grand parents Marg and Dick Martin, Rowgan’s grandmother Shelley Armstrong and so many friends who will miss him forever because of his kindness and infectious smile. Thank you to all of the nurses and doctors at PRHC who took good care of Glenn. Thank you to his palliative care doctor Christopher Blake, for always being there for Glenn, the nursing staff, PSW’s and volunteers at Hospice who were so wonderful and good to Glenn and to us, his family and friends that were there visiting Glenn. There will be a Celebration of Glenn’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow. In memory of Glenn and in lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Peterborough or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
