Peacefully in his sleep with his wife by his side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, October 29, 2023 in his 88th year.  Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Skinner) for 65 years.  Loving father of Shane Stewart, and Laura Pollock (Paul Gainey).  Cherished grandfather of Christine Pollock (Zach Armstrong) and Ryan Pollock (Danielle Derrett) and great grandfather of Haylee, Carter, Holden, Emma and Jake.  Dear brother of Peggy von Pleonnies.  In accordance with Gordon’s wishes cremation has taken place.  In memory of Gordon, and in lieu of flowers, donation to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
