BUCHAN, Jacqueline May “Jackie” (nee Saunders)

Passed away peacefully at Fairhaven Longterm Care Facility on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in her 89th year.  Beloved wife of Marvin Buchan for 70 years.  Loving mother of Krista Baird and her husband Mike and Andy and his wife the late Sandra.  Cherished grandmother of Joshua.  Dear sister of Mary Kates.  Predeceased by her sisters Lenore Lester, Audrey Clarke,  and Lois Lipsid.  Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews.  There will be a Celebartion of Jackie’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 2:30 PM.  Reception to follow.  In memory of Jackie and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.highlandparkfuneralcentre.com
