Suddenly at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Holmes/Herr) for 35 years. Loving father of Paul Gibson, and Chad Gibson. Stepfather of Bryan Herr and Barry Herr. Dear brother of Rosanne Murray (Jack) and John Gibson (Judy). Jim will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, many friends and the Knights of Columbus. There will be a Celebration of Jim’s Life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 6:00-9:00PM. Tributes will be shared at 7:30PM. Interment will be held at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Norwood on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers, his family would appreciate donations to Camp Northern Lights or The Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Jim’s honour.
