James 'Jim' Kenneth Hargreaves

HARGREAVES, James ‘Jim’ Kenneth (Long time Industrial Millwright and Heavy Crane Operator Canadian General Electric): Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Home on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 in his 89th year. Jim, beloved husband of 62 years to the late Gladys. Loving father of Tim (Dolores) Hargreaves, Darren (Wendy) Hargreaves, and son Robert Hargreaves predeceased 1986. Loving Poppa to Roselyn (William) Rodriguez, Stephanie (Craig) Collins, Benjamin Hargreaves, and Adrian Hargreaves. Loving Great Poppa to Madelyn Powell, Robyn Powell, Araya Rodriguez, Georgia Collins, Daniel Collins, and survived by his brothers Ron Hargreaves (Phyllis), Ted Hargreaves (Carol), sister-in-law Marie Cullen, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Elsie and by his brother Murray. An informal Celebration of Jim’s Life will take place at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Road on Tuesday, May 31st from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Private family interment Highland Park Cemetery. In memory of Jim, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
