Jennie Alice Chapman (nee Luther)

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Peterborough Ontario, in her 91st year. Born on December 31st, 1934 in Peterborough Ontario to the Late Percy Luther & Margaret Luther (nee Riddell). Now reunited with her beloved husband John “Jack” Frederick Chapman & cherished daughter Lynn Chapman. Loving mother of Tammy Chapman-Curtis (Ron), Stephen Chapman (Laura) & Kimberley Martin (Dean). Devoted & proud grandmother of Aaron, Taylor Lynn, Sheyenne, Krysten, Chloe & Owen. Dear sister of Percy (Marilyn) & sister in law Susan Daly (Jim). Predeceased by siblings Barbara Clark (Bob) & Donald Luther (survived by Barbara). Jennie will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Mom, you are forever in our hearts & your love will always be our guide.

The family wishes to thank all the staff & nurses at Princess Gardens for their excellent care and continual support, the staff and nurses on B6 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre for their unwavering compassion. Special thank you to Dr. Richard Binette, Dr. Andrew Binette & in the last few months Dr. Lauren Morelli for their care & guidance.

In keeping with Jennie’s wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at Little Lake Cemetery.
